Alternatively, as a substitute to a costly and time consuming conventional procurement process, PMI develops the methodology and manages the construction of projects on behalf of the client using externally hired plant and equipment.

In this instance, we search for the necessary resources and equipment together with the client. By providing our construction management service, the client can rely on the effective supervision of resources by our well experienced staff.
